Sunset Zoo's Summer Camps are licensed through the Kansas Department of Health & Environment and require a set of permission forms to be completed for each camper. An updated permission form packet must be on file at the Zoo throughout the summer; parents/guardians will receive the packet prior to the camp start date and must turn in forms in advance of the camp. If your child was enrolled in the Zoo's camps last year (2016), you may use an updated copy of those forms for this year's camps. For more details, see our Summer Camp FAQ document.

At time of enrollment, a minimum of 50% of each session’s fee is due to reserve a child’s spot; $20 of this fee is a non-refundable deposit. Sessions must be paid in full within five working days prior to the first day of each camp session. Youth will not be able to participate in a camp if fee is not paid in full by the first day of the session, no exceptions. No refunds or prorating for partially-used sessions.
A non-refundable $20 deposit will be held for each enrolled camp session. A full refund provided (less the deposit) if registration canceled prior to one week of start date.
